- Net to the Owner: 70% of the contracted charter fee
Less is More Ownership Plan
- Less investment, less involvement, more sailing
- For those wishing to buy a yacht and finance 55% of its value with no hassle or personal involvement
- Full Ownership transferred after 6th charter season
- Perfect Yachts undertakes complete responsibility, management and expenses of the boat
- Owner can use the boat during four pre-arranged weeks annually, plus any free of charter weeks
